All in a good cause

Reviewer William Russell outlines a 25 June event:
Stonewall, funds, a response to the Orlando attack

On Saturday 25 June Theatre Renegade is staging a two hour show in the St James Theatre Studio to raise funds for Stonewall to help its work supporting the LGBTQ communities following what happened in Orlando.

The company, based in the UK, places story, engagement and empathy at the heart of its work and provides a platform for new writing with a strong focus on social issues. It also and aims to create partnerships between writers and directors in the process.

The evening entitled In Response to…..the Orlando Attack will consist of some new pieces written in response to what happened at the Pulse nightclub as well as some well known texts and music.

The St James Theatre Studio is at 12 Palace Street, London SW1E 5JA, the show starts at 8pm.
